Patricia (Pat) Wallace, one of Coldwell Banker Bain’s top luxury sales brokers, has joined Coldwell Banker Bain of Madison Park.
Wallace has spent the past 18 years working in CB Bain’s Bellevue office, consistently ranked one of the top sales offices in the country, although a large portion of her work has been in the Seattle and Mercer Island markets.
Over her 25-year real estate career, Pat has facilitated hundreds of home sales. She is a certified Luxury Property and Relocation Specialist, and specializes in waterfront homes, having sold 55 lakefront properties on Lake Washington over her career. As part of this work, Pat has developed a proprietary performance analytics program related specifically to Lake Washington waterfront homes and neighborhoods in order to better serve her clients.
“We’re excited to welcome Pat to the Madison Park office,” said Mike Grady, CB Bain COO and President. “Her luxury and waterfront real estate expertise will certainly benefit clients in this market, as well as her training – she is a graduate of Harvard Law School’s program on Negotiation -- one of the top in the nation.”
Pat has lived in Seattle since 1980 and is an active member of the community, having served as a Sustainer of the Junior League of Seattle; long-time Board member and President of the Board for the Pilchuck Glass School; and President of Seattle Art Museum Supporters (SAMS).
